Privacy-First Architecture:
The developer has NO access to your Google Drive account, your captured images, or your location history. All data is stored either locally on your device or in your private Google Drive storage. The developer cannot remotely access, pull, or erase your user files.
How to Execute Data Deletion
1. Local Data Deletion (On your Device)
To safely delete data stored locally on your phone:
- Open the Shake Robber app environment.
- Navigate to the Gallery view.
- Select and delete individual records manually, or go to your Android System Settings > Apps > Shake Robber > Clear Storage to instantly drop all local databases and cached elements.
- Uninstalling the application entirely will also drop all system-allocated database configurations from the device storage.
2. Cloud Data Deletion (On Google Drive)
Since the application transfers encrypted backup blocks directly to your private Google cloud container, cloud records must be deleted through Google directly:
- Log into your primary Google Drive account.
- Locate the "Shake Robber" folder container.
- Delete the folder partition and its underlying files securely.
3. Revoking Google Account Permissions
To completely cut off the application's API permission tunnel to your Google Drive account structure:
- Visit your official Google Account Connected Apps & Permissions page.
- Locate "Shake Robber" within the list of authorized apps.
- Click Remove Access to sever the API connectivity completely.
Statutory Regulatory Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD)
- GDPR Article 17 ("Right to be Forgotten") & LGPD Art. 18: Because the application does not utilize developer-operated storage servers, you have full self-service power to fulfill an erasure request instantly using the steps above.
- CCPA/CPRA Erasure Protocols: Deletion requests executed through self-service are finalized immediately. No consumer identification or identity verification profiles are demanded, as we do not index your personal metrics on external server backends.
- Response Times & Exceptions: Self-initiated removal is instant. For data protection inquiries sent to our support email, our team processes communications within thirty (30) days as legally required, provided sufficient contextual metadata is shared to isolate the support log.
